After two eventful winter seasons as a snowboarding instructor in Canada, it quickly became clear to the sports enthusiast: "Going without the mountains? That's not an option." The native Hessian thus went looking for a new adopted homeland with undulating panoramic views. The only viable option were the Tirolean Alps, and so she promptly set off for the mountains with much happiness to study, with Kufstein – the Pearl of Tirol – quickly becoming her second home.
